Landstones are looking for motivated, self-starting, dynamic individuals to join our expanding Property Management team. We are looking for someone who thrives under pressure and takes pride in their work.
You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the Property Management activity, including (but not limited to) dealing with all maintenance issues in a timely, efficient and friendly manner, working within a team to ensure that all tenants receive an exceptional level of service.
You will coordinate and communicate between tenants, landlords and professional contractors in order to manage tasks from inventories and check ins, professional cleaning and maintenance work. At Landstones we are extremely proactive in our approach to Property Management, we aim to put communication first to ensure everyone knows what to expect and no one is left in the dark.
Arranging preventative and reactive maintenance
Outsourcing contractors, suppliers, management agents and landlords
Health & Safety and legal requirements
Sourcing materials and liaising with third party suppliers
Coordination of daily maintenance tasks
