About The Role

Landstones are looking for a confident, enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join our young and dynamic team.

As a sales negotiator you will be responsible for generating property sales through active and efficient management of a register of buyers. You will be expected to organise and carry out property viewings, give feedback to vendors, negotiate offers and assist solicitors with conveyancing,

Most importantly of all, you must thrive on working with people, under pressure and in a competitive environment.

We have an in-house training academy where the successful candidate will be encouraged to attend training courses to help with their career progression, including NAEA qualifications and other relevant training.

Hours / 8:30am – 7pm Mon-Fri (Viewing’s dependant), every other Saturday 9am – 4pm.

Key responsibilities

Register enquiries and arranging appointments
Conducting viewings with applicants
Qualifying new buyers
Management of a register of buyers
Follow up with enquiries
Negotiating offers
Deal with telephone and email enquiries from buyers and vendors
Generate a targeted number of viewings per week
Helping with sales progression
Offer a first class level of customer service at all times

Requirements

Excellent attention to detail
Developing great rapport with buyers and vendors
An ability to negotiate offers
Full UK driving licence
