Your negotiator will keep you up to speed with any new properties that become available matching your criteria. Due to the competitive nature of the market, it is very important to conduct in person viewings as often as you can to identify your new home quickly and easily.

Step 4

Our property management team

Most of Landstones professional landlords ask us to manage the property and the tenancy on their behalf. You will be in good hands with a 24hr property manager on hand to look after both you and the property should you need it.

Step 5

Viewings

Your personal negotiator will accompany you around your selected properties. Always on hand to give advice or answer any questions you may have. Selecting a property can be a daunting task and having a property professional on hand can be a comforting guide and a knowledgeable resource.

Step 6

Making your offer

You have found a suitable property; your negotiator will be on hand to help you structure your offer and make sure it is represented to the landlord highlighting all the best qualities of you as tenants, your financial position and also any requests you may have such as furniture requirements or pets.

Step 7

The paperwork

Once your offer has been accepted by the landlord your negotiator will help you through the paperwork. You will be asked to provide documents for your ID, your previous landlord details for referencing and also to conduct a Right to Rent check. Meanwhile your negotiator will also be sending you your tenancy agreement for signature and also your moving in invoice for payment.

Step 8

Moving in

Once the paperwork is swiftly out of the way it is time to move in. Your property will have been professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and you will receive your welcome pack from Landstones. This is not the end but the beginning and Landstones will be here for any help and support you may need throughout your tenancy.
